The other person did whatever he/she did,but did we respond or react?And were we aware of what we did, at that moment?The point is,that we are equally impatient in life and everything these days seems to be instant.And moreover at any given point of time we may be HERE but our thoughts are invariably in the past or somewhere in the future,seldom in the NOW,that's the reason, that in the face of aggression we choose to follow the jungle raj of run or confront.We need to understand positive assertion because this involves lot of "real" courage.
